This multi-layered foam replacement piece is designed to fit the large Bell-shaped Headrest Base (#92103) and large Dual Mount Bell-shaped Headrest Base (#92104). It includes an adhesive backed loop material attached to the foam that will adhere firmly to the steel headrest base.
